The exhibition Landscape with Tree opened on 9 September to great international attention:

‘While feted as one of the most talented fashion photographers of his generation (he has shot campaigns for J.W.Anderson and Loewe and Editiorials for Vogue in addition to T-Magazine) Hawkesworth’s work remains grounded in the tradition of British documentary photography.’
– New York Times T Magazine

‘From shooting in Preston Bus Station to exhibiting in a 17th-century Dutch residence, Jamie Hawkesworth’s photography has journeyed across the globe documenting the gentle grit and glamour of real life.’
I-D magazine

‘With his photos Hawkesworth creates pure poetry, regardless of what appears in front of his lens.’
—Rianne van Dijck, 2 September 2017, Dutch daily newspaper NRC Handelsblad
